Outline entry information for the highly anticipated 2024 Motorsport UK Rotax and Honda British Open Championships has been released as the coveted event marks the first major British titles of the year on 29-31 March.
Hosted at the challenging and highly acclaimed Wilton Mill Kart Circuit, the Northamptonshire track event always provides ultra-close and breathtaking on-track action in one of the most competitive single race titles in world karting.
After a successful event in 2023, the Rotax and Honda drivers will once again come together for an action-packed weekend. The Championship will crown drivers in the Honda Cadet class, as well as contenders in Rotax Micro Max, Mini Max, Junior and Senior Max.
This year, organisers have introduced a new format aimed at increasing points scoring opportunities in the heats thanks to the expected demand for entries. This reinvigoration of the weekend will ensure heightened excitement and competition throughout the event. Moreover, the event will also feature on the prestigious FIA Global Ranking System, adding an international spotlight on the title fight meaning drivers will score points towards their global ranking.
Organised and promoted by the Motorsport UK Wera Tools British Kart Championship team, the event will see enhancements to the CCTV system and new technical innovations. In adherence to fair play and equality, the championship will implement control fuel, control parts, and control tyres for the event. Live streaming will be provided by Alpha on both days of action allowing viewers to watch the racing online.

To ensure the highest standards of competition, participants must hold a minimum Motorsport UK Interclub license. Additionally, Wera Tools will sponsor driver and mechanic awards, recognising excellence both on and off the track.
