The Wera Tools British Kart Championship is delighted to announce its first guest grids for the 2025 season. After a successful debut with the Championship in 2024, we are thrilled to confirm that the Tillotson T4 Class will be joining the Championship once again in 2025, bringing with it a new level of excitement and accessibility to the series.
There will be two key events hosted by the Championship featuring the Tillotson T4 Class:
PFI, March 14-16 – This event will serve as a T4 Nations Cup Qualifier, providing drivers with the chance to secure their place in this prestigious competition.
Whilton Mill, August 29-31 – This event will mark the first-ever Motorsport UK T4 ‘O’ Plate, a milestone for the T4 Class within British motorsport.
The Tillotson T4 Series features a European-style racing chassis paired with a powerful, low-maintenance 4-stroke engine, offering fast, convenient, and competitive racing experiences. The series includes categories for both juniors and seniors:
T4 Junior: For drivers aged 12-15.
T4 Senior: For drivers aged 15 and upwards.
The T4 Series has become synonymous with outstanding quality and affordability, making it the ideal choice for drivers who are new to karting, transitioning from arrive-and-drive karting, or returning to the sport as adults. With its accessibility and competitive edge, the T4 Class continues to be a fantastic platform for emerging talent.
Andrew Fallon of Tillotson said: “For the second year running the T4 classes will be joining the Wera British Kart Championship for a T4 Nations Cup Qualifier event in PF International and our first ‘O’ Plate event in Whilton Mill which is a brilliant opportunity for the T4 drivers to showcase their talents. We anticipate an international field joining for these events which will increase the competition level and we are really excited also for our Motorsport UK club series for 2025 which is taking great shape”.
Dan Parker, Motorsport UK Head of Karting commented: “We are thrilled to welcome the Tillotson T4 Class back to the Wera Tool British Kart Championship for the 2025 season. Their presence adds a new level of excitement and accessibility to the series, offering a fantastic opportunity for emerging talent. After a successful debut in 2024, we’re confident that the T4 Class will continue to deliver high-quality, competitive racing and look forward to seeing them on the grid at both PFI and Whilton Mill.”
We look forward to welcoming the Tillotson T4 drivers back to the grid in 2025 and are excited for another year of thrilling racing as part of the British Kart Championship.
